Do the M.I.M Digital Album Books have warranty?
What if my order came in damaged?
Please inspect your order upon arrival, in the very rare situation where your order would arrive damaged, M.I.M will replace the item or in the event a replacement is not available, issue a full refund. Please inspect all shipments within 3 business days of accepting order, with all damages photographed and emailed to mim.est23@gmail.com. In order to qualify for a refund or replacement, please do so within timeframe stated and retain all packaging.
What is your return policy?
Upon receiving your order, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return by email. Please email us at mim.est23@gmail.com with your order number attached in title.
Once you receive confirmation of your return from M.I.M, all shipments must be sent within 7 days otherwise the return may be denied. The customer will be responsible for shipping fees and shipping fees paid by the customer are not refundable. For returns to be granted please return item in like-new and unused condition with all original packaging and materials. Upon receiving the item in like-new/unused condition, we will then process and credit original payment method for the full price of the item(s).
Other Policies:
DO NOT FORMAT THE DEVICE. This will void your warranty as it will break the software that is on the M.I.M Digital Album Books.
