Refund policy

Upon receiving your order, you have 7 days from delivery to request a return by email. Please email us at mim.est23@gmail.com with your order number attached in title. Once you receive confirmation of your return from M.I.M, all shipments must be sent within 7 days otherwise the return may be denied. The customer will be responsible for shipping fees and shipping fees paid by the customer are not refundable.  

For returns to be granted please return item in like-new and unused condition with all original packaging and materials. Upon receiving the item in like-new/unused condition, we will then process and credit original payment method for the full price of the item(s).
